Thanks Mo1. Looks like the President hasn't 'pushed' Congress to do it either. Of course, the Dems would manage to stop it anyway.

If I recall, he had a hard time just getting what he did to fight this WOT and in Iraq

There were a number of Dems kicking and dragging their feet
