I am surprised this kind of incident doesn't happen more often. A .50 caliber MG is still considered small arms but man can it do some damage.

you are just spreading hype.

at 10,000 feet is just a small bullet hole, unless it passes thru a person and that person is you.

It would be million to one shot that a single 50 cal bullet would bring down a plane at 10000 feet.

Depends on where and what it hits. Capt Kim Campbell brought this Warthog home even with the damage shown in the photo.
