The author of this piece is a MORON.

The Bush ad includes the footage used in the moveon.org ad because the Bush ad IS SHOWING THE MOVEON.ORG AD, to demonstrate the irrational hate of the left.

This isn't a case of "They did it so we can too," it's a case of "Look at how insane they are."


SHEESH!

The fact that you have to explain this supports My2Cents' argument that the ad, while good in concept, was not executed properly.

I think the RNC should preserve the idea, but go back and try again. WE understand the ad, but does the average Joe on the street?

I too thought the ad was little disjointed. It was not clear that the Hitler image was from the other side, portraying Bush. It needs a little more Voiceover or something - not just a series of video and images spliced together. The ad needs to educate the common person about the wackiness of the Left, whereas all it currently does is show those who follow politics what they already know.

The fact that these types of articles are out proves this.

Try again RNC. We need to do better.
