The "Babe Visits Mecca" plot works like this.
Moktada al Sadr gets a vision that the way to protect Islam from the West is to smear bacon fat in front of each household, so that the Bacon God will not visit and bring them wrath.
Accordingly, Islamic populations all over the planet buy up the world's supply of bacon, driving up corn prices and causing a big financial disaster that plunges the U.S. into depresson and chaos. They grind the bacon into their sidewalks and front doors, leaving big greasy messes everywhere.
Babe (who actually is the "Bacon God", come to earth recently), hears of the plot, but visits Mecca anyway. Moslems have meanwhile developed a liking for bacon, having smelled it daily going in and out of their houses. They slay and eat Babe ritually in Mecca itself. Financial stability returns to the corn market; America recovers; half of America (being bacon lovers) converts to bacon-friendly Islam and live happily every after.

I have been saying for years, that the US guards at Gitmo should pipe in the sound of swine being slaughtered 24/7 into the wings housing the most radical and obstinant alQaeda internees. If these 'pigs' want to get away from the noise, they can start talking. Is it "torture"? Dunno, but I'm sure it would be pretty effective.
