Are the new Euro-Linux hordes using spacey descriptions like that now?

Obviously they are, as we've both just seen it with our very eyes.

Oh! So they're good guys! I'm confused.

Sorry, usually only good when they are interested in the best ways to block system attacks or hacks. Attempting to "out invent" the hackers in finding new exploits is pretty useless, we can barely keep up with their new methods as it is. As cybersecurity continues to grow in importance, which is inevitable, it will begin to more closely resemble typical law enforcement. And there are very very few in legitimate law enforcement who spend their time investigating new ways to exploit and override existing security precautions. Some, but the bulk is investigations into those commiting the crimes, not finding new criminal methods superior to those already shown.

If you'll follow the link ScuzzyTerminator tried to hide in the parent article,...

See, this is why people don't take you seriously. If you would discuss the issues without assigning motive to how an article is posted, perhaps you would get a better response.

Rats. The eagle caught me. Damn, he's good. Now my cover's blown and I lost my gravy train from the Communist Party USA.

If ever in IE, try this. Options, Privacy, Advanced, Block 3rd Party Cookies. Scan periodically but should stay ~100% clean.

Good tip GE. That's how I've had mine set up, and it's stayed pretty clean. Less then 35 spyware programs the first time I cleaned it. I always run Pop-up Stopper when I use IE now, and that has helped a bunch too. I use Foxfire a lot nowadays mainly cause it's a lot faster on my old computer (PII 333). I've heard there's a new version of IE coming out with XP SP2, sounds like they've made some good improvements with it.
