Has a web site been created to document the out right lies and contradictions in Slick's book that you know of?

I especially like the CNN catch:

CNN) -- In his new memoir, former U.S. President Bill Clinton says his "inappropriate" encounters with Monica Lewinsky began when she claimed they did, during the government shutdown in November 1995.

That account contradicts his August 1998 testimony before a federal grand jury that investigated the case.

Oh no! According to Kintoon, Ken Starr MADE him screw over Monica. He HAD to lie because that bad old, mean old, hateful Ken Starr made him! Bad man...very bad man!
