There was a lot of controversy regarding placement of all of those establishments. There was even more controversy regarding where the proceeds/profits go. Unfortunately, they don't go back to the Agency (at least not to the real needs), leaving most people angry and bitter.

I think it's controversial, too, and I probably won't like what I see when I visit the site, but as I said - You see that kind of thing at nearly every historical site nowadays. Sad...
