All this may be true, however I have a different view. Clinton looks like such an ass and self serving, lying, sociopath, that it makes Kerry look better next to him.
I don't think Bill would do this on purpose, but you can't help but be disgusted when you see him.
I think it could do two things.
1. Make people remember how bad Clinton was and vote for Bush
2. Compare him to Kerry and come to the conclusion Kerry is more honest than Bill and therefore isn't that bad. (even though the informed know he is just as bad.)
For some reason, many people have been more than happy no enable the Clintons in whatever they are doing at the time. I say we promote the meme that Bubba is working against Kerry and a Kerry loss guarantees a Hillary! Presidency in 2008. All you need to do is peel away 5% of the 'Rat core and this election is a blow-out...
