Respect. That's what we offer when we honor those who've passed before us. And we witnessed this upon the passing of Ronald Reagan. Hundreds of thousands traveled to Washington for the national and state funerals and the Capitol viewing and to Simi Valley. Millions more watched worldwide.
But some were unable to put aside their political differences. Now its time spotlight those deserving of public shame for their atrocious behavior.
French President Jacques Chirac boycotted the state funeral even though he was already in the U.S.
Democratic National Committee staffers ordered interns who lowered the American flag to half-staff to raise it back up until it was absolutely necessary to lower it.
People for the American Way president Ralph Neas' launched a personal attack on Reagan's character.
CNN's Wolf Blitzer made inappropriate and polarizing comments that maybe there were too many white people paying final respects to Reagan in Simi Valley.
The New York Times published an insulting obituary filled with attacks.
The Washington Post replayed discredited liberal attacks against Reagan on the day of his national funeral.
Jesse Jackson falsely claimed that Reagan supported Confederate President Jefferson Davis.
Can the Angry Left ever not be so angry? Shame on them all.
And that's the Point.
You know, I'll even give Clinton some respect when he dies, in spite of my hatred for him. It seems like the Christian thing to do.
I'll be sad when Clinton passes away as well.
Sad that I, Randall Flagg, Never got the chance to debate him on national television. Never got a few moments to tell him, face-to-face that it was the fact that, "Because he could," was exactly the problem with his Presidency.
