Do you remember when late in the Clinton years we ran low on .45 ammunition and limited it's use in training? It was 9mm not .45 ACP. We don't use much .45 ACP these days. Just few Special Forces types. Most everyone else has the 9mm wimpy. And those having to depend on it in battle aren't overly enthusiasic about that European round fired from an Italian designed pistol.
