Getting desperate. TET was 10% casualties for US, 60% for NV we won the battle. The media called it failure.

Some things never change

CNN started with "this is a major coordinated attack" and then mellowed a bit with there were some casualties.

I may have jumped the gun.

I forgot it is CNN.

Despite the increased violence and mostly Iraqi casualties, it is interesting to note that so far June has been a relatively light month in terms of US fatalities. June (33); May (80); Apr (135); March (52); Feb (20); Jan (47): Dec 03 (40); Nov 03 (82); and Oct 03 (43).

Hopefully, this trend line will continue despite the enemy's Tet-like June 30 offensive.
