I learn from the posts here, daily. The more knowledge we have, the more likely we will know what we are dealing with. Not wanting a flame war here, but for me, I want to know all of it. Well within reason.

Same here! My whole point in starting this line of discussion is that we need to work smarter. Knowledge should be linked to reality and not unfounded rumor. I think we've all seen a lot of unfounded rumors here. It is your 'well within reason' desire I'm hoping folks can focus upon.

Some of the rumors are politically motivated I would imagine and war always has it's moments of smoke and mirror so we really can't avoid all the scuttlebutt...connecting dots don't lend themselves to distillation until in hindsight...as much as it would be nice to be able to immediately centrifuge info or inject it into a spectrometer to see what we have. We have to guess what might be political, what might be psych ops, and what might be full of beans. Jello has more shape than most of what we are dealing with.
