Because someone, somewhere, at some time may have attempted an Assassination against Saddam Hussein at some point in his life (an assertion for which, characteristically, you have provided no Hard Evidence -- nothing but bloviation), THEREFORE you are arguing that there is simply no place in the US arsenal of Policy Tools for the employment of Assassination against dangerous, terrorist-supporting Dictators.
