Reminds me of Hollyweirds practice of selecting how much sex or violence or language to put in a movie to get a desired rating of R or PG, etc.
It sounds to me like they're just lying low to keep a lid on the revenge-speak. They have no conscience and not other agenda. The fire is getting too hot in THEIR kitchen for a change.
