REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- The judge hearing the Scott Peterson double murder case has apparently decided to remove Juror No.5 -- a former airport security screener who was videotaped last week saying something to Laci Peterson's brother as they both entered the courthouse -- for 'some kind of misconduct.'

WoooHoo.. :) To bad it's not friday, I'd like to pose a toast the judge..
'some kind of misconduct' could be what I mentioned, in addition to talking to Brett...talking about the case/coverage with his girlfriend, and asking if he could step out in the hall to address the press.
