Jackie I am more than SHOCKED that this Juror has NOT been replaced!! What's up with the Judge??? There are 6 alternates sitting there where a Juror could be chosen from instantly!! This guy is really bugging me. THIS is NOT normal behaviour for a person in the courtroom, let alone a Juror.

I also heard a talking head mention that alternate #1 is reported to be a "favorable to the Defense" juror. Maybe the Prosecution didn't object too much about #5 because of that???
