On Dan's show, he said that while they were in camera with the judge, going over whether #5 should be removed from the jury, Geragos stuck up for him and acted like it was HIS idea to keep him on the jury.
Abrams also said that even after the judge had told #5 that he could stay on the jury, #5 asked the judge if he could go out and TALK to the media!!!
This guy is trouble; he's going for his 15 minutes of fame; if he stays on the jury, it will be hung.
Some say this is no "Judge Ito" and I don't think he is, but it seems insane to leave this flake on the jury. He looks like Trouble, capital T intentional.
