Does anyone know for sure if firearms are restricted on ferries? Or is a lot of smoke being blown? I don't know, and it really doesn't change things in my mind. A 4th amendment violation is still a 4th amendment violation.
If they aren't prohibiting guns now, that is something that could be changed simply with a 'stoke of the pen'
It is interesting that the security plan being proposed by the ferry system is being kept very secret. I suppose we will have all kinds of headlines after the July 4th weekend as to who got stopped and why!
