Where I live most of the plum construction jobs are now going to hispanic men, and if you don't speak spanish, you can fugeddaboudit.
I tried to relocate to Florida a year or so ago but I couldn't get any jobs as a manufacturing supervisor/manager because I couldn't speak Spanish. Unreal.
