It is unfortunate that this is happening today. I have three daughters, and I can see these trends reflected in the way they see their father. They seem to think that adult males are idiots. Also, among teenage girls, boy bashing is very big. Everything from t-shirts to socks bash males. I have to always take a strong stance when approaching this with them and get lots of arguments because it is such the "IN" thing. It is really sad. I always looked up to my dad as a strong male role model. I still do today...even after losing him eight years ago.

Also, among teenage girls, boy bashing is very big. I sense this is going to become a major problem. My sixteen year old son insists he is going to marry an Asian female. My attempts to modetrate his attitude meets with the response that " girls of my age are all Sluts"

There has been a trend in the media that encourages male-bashing - commercials where men are made to look like idiots, etc. Those stupid soup commercials come to mind (the one where the woman is always condescending to the guy saying "then you learned to ride a two-wheeler" or ridiculing the kind of shirt he's wearing).
It's as though liberals/feminists think that making fools of men will make up for the way women have been treated in history. It won't.
I really, really hate this male-bashing thing.
