Who is Saleh Al Oufi, the New Leader of Al Qaeda Arabian Peninsula? (killer of S. Korean)

Saleh Al Oufi is regarded as even more dangerous than former Saudi Al Qaeda leader Moqurin who in the weeks before his death carried out an aggressive campaign of kidnappings and murder against westerners in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He worked as a guard in the prison at Medina, where he was fired for misconduct in 1992. Al Oufi traveled to Afghanistan and joined Al Qaeda shortly after being fired, an indication that he had contacts with the group before leaving his prision group.

In Afghanistan, he met the men who would later be his comrades in a Saudi terror network according to Saudi newspaper reports. Among them was one of the nine suicide bombers in the May 12, 2003 car bombing of foreigners housing compounds in Riyadh that killed 35 people.

Al Oufi fought in Chechnya before returning to Saudi Arabia in 1994 to open a car dealership in Medina that was apparently a cover for terrorist activities. Some Saudi newspapers have reported that Al Oufi was seriously injured in Chechnya and returned to Saudi Arabia for treatment.

He traveled again to Afghanistan shortly before the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States to meet Osama Bin Laden and Taliban leaders.

Here's the target for any and all hit squads. Start the search. Don't bring him back alive.

Oh, bring him back alive. Make him suffer--and spill his guts--before dying.

The S. Korean man was murdered in Iraq, not Saudi Arabia.

You are correct.

I'm hoping the Saudi's are getting worried about their own heads.

I'm series.

Er, I doubt he was the killer of the South Korean. That would be a rather dramatic development, since he's the boss in Saudi Arabia and the Korean was killed in Iraq.

Why would you put "(killer of S. Korean)" on there.

Zarqawi was the one holding the Korean.
Come on. Please dont start rambling on with "we dont knows" and "maybes". Unless there is a statement made by Saleh Al Oufi or his group in Saudi then you have no basis for posting that.

It is Zarqawi's group.

It's time for an eye for an eye. Let's find him and put women's pantys on his head. That'll show him!

As much as that sounds rewarding, bringing him back alive means we'd have to spend money feeding and clothing the murdering bastard until such time as the civil rights lawyers, who wanting to make a name for themselves, work to obtain his freedom. Now how the forces that capture him want to kill him my feeling is "feel free to do whatever you want". Just don't bring him back alive.

Could you correct the title?
(killer of S. Korean) does not belong.
Saleh Al Oufi is not the murderer nor does he head the group that murdered the Korean.

The title only helps lead to confusion on the matter in general and the subject of Arab racism/terrorism/islamism as a whole.
