By repeating the ROP stuff he is influencing the not so hard core islamists to believe that their own hatred driven brethren are the enemy. Out of all the Muslims in the world I don't know if that is a few or a lot, it remains to be seen.
If, after 9-11, the President had come right out and proclaimed Islam to be the enemy he would have immediately alienated every single one.
I know President Bush doesn't believe what he's saying because he is a christian who truly follows his teachers way.
