Fallujah is part of an Algeria strategy - deliberately stay out of a particular area so that the enemy thinks it's a safe zone, thus creating concentrated targets for us to strike. We could pacify Fallujah in 24 hours if we wanted to do so, simply order all civilians out and bomb the place to the ground.

exactly right, I expect more targeted safe house strikes in Fallujah. We would have lost dozens of Marines in house to house and street fighting to kill the 22 terrorists we did with one bombing run. We did it right, regardless if what the "MOAB" crowd on FR thinks.
