Thank you for posting the quote from Antonio Gramsci - right on the money! This infiltration has been going on for some 70 years of so, and has gotten worse in the last 35 because of the active recruiting of gays, drunks, and seriously whacko men into our seminaries. The recruiters were those who had risen to prominance in the hierarchy of individual dioceses. Now they are bishops promoting and ordaining/consectrating (bishops) after their own fashion. So it no small wonder that this is happening. While some of them prey on white adolescents, you will see that many of the cases will involve hispanic boys. Why? They will cozy up to the priest more easily, are much more trusting. Also they are easier to control via threats (immigration status, language barrier), and a culture that is very "old world" as per the stature of a priest. All of this is being taken advantage of. Boys will ususually not speak up and report the abuse; even less so if they are illegal immigrants and fear harm to their families. So, what we are hearing of may well be only the tip of the iceberg. There will be a cleansing of the God's church, but it must suffer ignomy and "die" (or appear to do so) as Chirst did. Good Friday must come before Eater!
