I've seen all the Bugs Bunny cartoons and there's no comparison. Bugs Bunny was in no way offering transgender or cross-dressing in the same light as it was portrayed in Shrek 2.

So given that the bartender was not a cross-dresser but rather an extremely ugly woman, the only two instances we have are the wolf from Little Red Riding Hood still dressed in grandmother's nightgown as portrayed in the original by Charles Perrault in 1697, and Pinocchio's shame and denials over his thong being played for laughs.
