Prediction: Jayna is some day going to win a Pulitizer for this.
I heard David Shippers a while back on the George Putnam radio program, and he says the same thing. He is firmly convinced.
Jayna will never win a Pulitzer, and the more she reports on this, the more certain people will try to impugn her credibility. She's a nobody, she's a nut (from the nuts and sluts campaign), she is a fortune seeker.
I was suprized when Clarke stated that he thought that Nichols had met with Yousef. I thought it would regenerate interest. But imagine if it were clearly demonstrated to be true, and that a direct attack upon the US was perpetrated with the help of Iraqui soldiers, and nothing was done about, even more so, Reno and others blocked the investigation of the bombing that would have led to such a discovery.
She sure as heck should.
This is career-making stuff.
I understand your sentiment but it'll never happen as long as Columbia U. controls Pulitzer awards. Like the Nobels, they're liberals-only prizes.
