I'm sure there is more to the story, but people in their late 60's are not much of a threat unless they have a weapon. Sometimes the people skills are traded in for something more exciting, like misusing the tools of the trade. I sure would NOT want this policeman to be handling a domestic violence call.

I afraid that the police are going to start finding out the reason for the 2nd amendment as more and more people get fed up with the Gestapo wannabe's zapping elderly women and 9 year old little boys
