Saying Rowland is a RINO, and not caring, or attempting to care about the massive abuse of power that the Rats have unleashed is purely being an ostrich. In New England, in order for a Republican to win, the Republican must be fiscally conservative and socially liberal, thats the only way Republicans win up here. To castigate one as a RINO, and to say good riddance to a popularly elected Governor who has been assinated by the liberal Hartford Courant and the Unions, is a disservice to hard working CT Republicans.

I disagree. If we had a strong leader-type Republican who could lead without pandering they could do well. There are more conservatives in CT than you think. They just need someone to identify with.

Remember, Rowland ran a vow to eliminate the income tax.... That's how he was elected and he's been RINOing us ever since.
