Why would that be obvious? When violations of the US Constitution arise, people usually write their senators and their congressman. That's not a strange assumption to make given the circumstance as you present them.

Let's relook at what I said:

So certainly we can count on you to write the Governor and your Senator and oppose his efforts in promoting the Sierra Nevada Conservancy, right?

I said the Governor was promoting it. I linked to a thread addressing two bills pending in the STATE Assembly. Why would you think I meant to write your Congressmen?

I thought since you supposedly adhere to the principles in the US Constitution, that you might be concerned about those rights being attacked by our STATE Legislature and Governor. Alas, apparently I was wrong.
