That's right. Arnold uses his campaign money to go directly to the people, to write and then promote propositions to be voted on through direct democracy. That is how he governs.

He isn't out there trying to hoist a narrow unpopular agenda on the people against their will, unlike most politicians.

When he said he wanted to be the governor of all the people, he really meant it. It is quite a breath of fresh air, especially out here in California. He should be a political inspiration to all.
