I doubt it would be that easy to blow up an aircraft carrier with a tanker. A sub always goes with the carrier BG.
Mansoor was focused on using a tanker to disrupt world trade.
Personally I would expect them to use a tanker to blow up one of our ports.
Who knows. Let's just hope our guys are on it.
