That's a funny scenario. No one has ever stood face to face to fight the Marines, even defending their homeland. Now we are to believe they might come and arrest one for war crimes. Give me a break

I'm not so much worried about individual soldiers or local commanders. No outside party is going to step into a warzone to try to arrest a Marine, and most soldiers are too anonymous to be picked up by police when they're not in uniform.
My real fear is that some of our (or Israel's) generals or ex-political figures will have "outstanding warrants" in ICC-member countries. For example, can't you just see some snotnose arresting Kissinger while he's on business in Europe?
