AIFD Launches Grass Roots Campaign to Help Stop the Next Attack Upon America
June 16, 2004
PHOENIX, Arizona - The American Islamic Forum for Democracy (AIFD) is announcing the launch of a grass roots campaign beginning here in the Valley and in the nation to help in actively rooting out those who may be a danger to our country. With the recent announcement by our authorities and security agencies of an imminent threat upon Americans into the summer months, we feel that the time is now to take a proactive stance in doing our utmost to protect the American citizenry.
As Muslims and as Americans we call upon all citizens to maintain the highest vigilance and help stop another attack.
As devoted American citizens we must do everything possible to assist the authorities in their search for the individuals sought for questioning as announced by the Department of Justice on May 26, 2004. We must act now before another horrific loss of life occurs.
AIFD Chairman, M. Zuhdi Jasser, has said, "We want the American public to know that Muslims are working openly and proactively to do everything we can to keep our nation safe from terrorism."
We have produced a flier (attached) which lists the individuals wanted for questioning. AIFD has begun distributing the attached flier and calls upon our citizens to find these individuals wherever they may be and report them to the authorities for questioning.
We begin this effort in order to encourage all institutions be they cultural, business, or religious to distribute this flier and maintain a constant vigilance for those who may be putting our nation at risk.

Which nation - the umma? Or the United States?
Took'em long enough!!
I hope they have success these folks. Dr. Jasser and his supporters seem to be the only Muslims in America with a clue.
After I heard that Paul Johnson had been murdered yesterday I actually considered, for the first time in my life, actively trying to convert Muslims to Christianity. Or really, pretty much any other religion. Save them from the death-cult and all that.
From 9-11-01 onward, it's been one brand new thought, one brand new emotion, after another. And it's not all the terrorism, some of it is personal, but it's really been an intense 3 years and shows no sign of let-up.
Isn't that special.

I guess it's better late than never.
Its a start.
feel better little girl?
PONG
PONG
This is the most encouraging rhetoric I've heard from the Muslim community anywhere. If it proves true, it could go far toward redeeming Muslims in the eyes of many Americans. The courage to stand up and speak honor to terror is a far more effective remedy than the ideological placebos being prescribed by many in this administration.
What a joke. They need to work to keep the whole world safe from their vile murderous ideology.
Don't believe a word they say. If a mooSlim really hated what their CULT OF HATE was doing, they would quit their cult (iSlam) and join a legitimate religion.
Your 'post and runs' are always so helpful, positive and constructive. </sarcasm/>
To say that the Muslim religion is "fastest growing" is puire BS. It is not.
Further, since the beheadings I have "had it" with Muslims. I am in my own private Jihad now, and it means if there is a Mulsim I avoid him, if I see a head scarf I fart on the way past, and if there is a Muslim running the shop or pumping the gas I do not buy there.
I want Muslims and their stinking religious faith out of my country, ASAP
Since they aren't leaving, you've got a problem.
"I actually considered, for the first time in my life, actively trying to convert Muslims to Christianity"
You wouldn't be the first. Conversions are happening in Iran, so I've read.
We may be skeptical, but let's give him a chance and hope this movement grows. He is risking his life saying this.
Yep. I do have a "problem", and so do you, Huckleberry.
