yet now it seems everyday there is a new international group, meeting, etc. that we are involved in and paying tax $ to
This is unConstitutional. These groups do not have any authority under our Constitution, yet by our silence, we give tacit approval for our elected politicians to participate in them. If our culture was stronger, Americans would be taught to honor our Constitution, and in civics classes or through civic organizations, learn how our government is supposed to work. Because Americans have pretty much abdicated their responsiblity toward self government, the politicians are left to follow whichever international agenda they choose.
Governor Schwarzennegger of California is a perfect example. He is in his position today because Gray Davis signed a law to allow illegals drivers licenses. Now the governor is going to do the same thing, regardless of what the citizens of California want, because of his internationalist agenda. So Consitutionally, the state is not supposed to make foreign policy, but who will stop this governor? He is extremely popular with the media and they will not report the heavy internationalist hand he is wielding in California.
Same for Jeb Bush. He has lobbied tirelessly for the FTAA north American headquarters to be in Miami. He is effectively working for a different government than ours that is not a republic, but is socialist with no proctections for individual rights or sovereignty. But no one appears to know or care.
