Yep. It's an especially obnoxious statement from her, considering that 1) she doesn't even live in the U.S. anymore (and she's got the phony British accent to prove it, 2) she already has bodyguards around her and her kids anyway, 3) as usual for a celeb, she equates fans not buying records as being a lynch mob (quite a statement in and of itself), and 4) she always crows that she's so artistic and pushes the envelope, but when she thought she might get criticized for her "art", she caved. But what do we expect for somebody who sings "imagine no possessions" to people she's collecting $300 a ticket from?
