All I can say is the media better be praying 24/7 that we DON'T find WMDs because if we do, there will be a shortage of crows in this country.

There is some good stuff in here:

(This is new to me)

__________________________________________________________________________________

Where did journalists get the idea that Saddam and bin Laden might be coordinating efforts? Among other places, from high-ranking Clinton administration officials.

In the spring of 1998 -- well before the U.S. embassy bombings in East Africa -- the Clinton administration indicted Osama bin Laden. The indictment, unsealed a few months later, prominently cited al Qaeda's agreement to collaborate with Iraq on weapons of mass destruction. The Clinton Justice Department had been concerned about negative public reaction to its potentially capturing bin Laden without "a vehicle for extradition," official paperwork charging him with a crime. It was "not an afterthought" to include the al Qaeda-Iraq connection in the indictment, says an official familiar with the deliberations. "It couldn't have gotten into the indictment unless someone was willing to testify to it under oath." The Clinton administration's indictment read unequivocally:

“Al Qaeda reached an understanding with the government of Iraq that al Qaeda would not work against that government and that on particular projects, specifically including weapons development, al Qaeda would work cooperatively with the Government of Iraq.”

Okay, shout it from the rooftops, and don't let them spin it away...not only have we found NBC weapons in Iraq (mustard and sarin), but they've been used against our troops! Why isn't Bush repeating this at every opportunity?!?!? If anything's gonna put him out of office, it's the damn New Tone.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

WMD's? Oh you mean like the Shells filled with Sarin gas and Mustard gas... which have been confirmed. Or perhaps the one hidden bunker they found where there were barrels of chemicals sitting next to the shells they would be loaded in. They know the Sarin is part of a greater stockpile. The confirmed it. And that scares me, because if it was moved out of Iraq in the build up to the war...then who has it now. And we know they existed, the UN stamped the shells. Those shells don't evaporate over time. And Saddam would have not gone through so much trouble to hide scrap metal. And then of course there is the Jordan incident where they busted al Quaeda with the truck loads of things like VX. They Jordan Govt. said they came in from Syria...but suspected they might part of Iraq's WMD stockpile because it seems that Syria is not a producer for VX like Iraq was.
They media has managed to dodge any major reporting of this stuff. We had to hear on FNC and get the Jordan news links for folks like Drudge and Newsmax. If we find a million gallons of VX in a bunker in Iraq, the media will just say that ...since it had not yet been used to kill people...then its not really WMD. Kinda like the 9-11 commission....they abet the media in saying there is no Saddam - al qaeda link...even though, as we learned yesterday, that is not what their report actually says. And they won't address the Jordan WMD plot...where one of the captured al Qaeda bums admitted that he and is pals were trained in Iraq before the war. The Jordan govt. played those statements on Jordanian news outlets.
Amazing how FOXNEWS, Newsmax, Freepers, Hannity, Rush, and Paul Harvey can all pick up on that...when ,according to liberals and the media (one in the same), those folks are just entertainment. Yet Chris Mathews bloated slab has seemed to never hear about it.

Sarin was found a few weeks ago.
Do not expect any liberal to suggest that it means anything.
In fact, the press has been largely silent, instead playing up the frat party games at Abu Gharib as 'torture'.

The finding of WMD or Osama won't affect the election an iota. However, what will determine the ultimate results are the presidential debates.

Bush is a pretty good communicator, despite what the detractors say about his verbal skills. I think Bush will put the last nail on the coffin and seal his reelection because of the debates.

Too bad, though, there will only be three debates. I was hoping for four or five of them.
