President Bush was only trying to be diplomatically pleasant. After all...look how nice he as to x42 (I couldn't do it!) the other day.

It comes with the territory of being a world leader....and NOT something I personally could do very well.

If he treated him (or Mr. French) the way he WANTED to, everyone would be on his bu** for that, too!
