Obviously, this goes nowhere as long as we hold the House, although you do wonder in the wishy-washy Senate, where we have the likes of Snowe, Hagel, and other such "stalwarts" of courage, if something might come of this. It truly depressed me.

The Senate is moot. No House majority, no article of impeachment, and the Senate can do nothing.

If the Dems win both houses and try to impeach Bush, they will lose both houses in 2006.

I do't buy this as making any progress.

We need to elect more Republican Senators.

Of course if we control the house, this will never get past the mediots and their lunatic rantings.

We need to prepare ourselves that when GW defeats al Querry, the lunatic left will get even more vile than they have been and will be up to the election.

From their perspective, it doesn't matter if it goes anywhere or not. They simply don't care if Bush is impeached; they hope to ruin him through the process of impeachment alone.

Look for more on the idiotic "prison abuse scandal" and more Stalinist university law pigs offering their "expert" opinions.

Liberals have the most amzaing capacity for feeling collective guilt about events they have had nothing to do with. Witness the typical liberals feelings about slavery and reparations. Same with the liberals who wonder what it is we did wrong to make all of these radical Muslims hate us.

This being the case, how come the only guilt they can find related to the prison abuse belongs to Rumsfield and Bush?

Bush victory = Dem impeachment push

I guess we could equate the sexually humiliating positions those Iraqi prisoners were forced into to the sexually humiliating positions Monica was lured into. Let the impeachment proceedings begin! (/sarcasm off)

Worst case scenario: Dick Cheney becomes president, we get a new VP who could carry the banner for 2008, and a bunch of Democrats get tossed out in 2006. Sounds like a winner to me!

Rush also said such an impeachment has no chance in hell and that this is just the panic that losing this election means they have had no power for a generation.

It is becoming crystal clear that the wacked out liberals in this country will attempt to hound, undermine, and destroy any Republican president. It's not just about Bush.

quite frankly, the left democrat agenda scares me.

few people realize what's going on in the colleges and the media--the frankfort school and the lacanians.

both reject the enlightenment. our constitution is an enlightenment document. the radical left would institute a totalitarian government without a thought.

just look at hillary's work in the administration of her husband: 1. knocked out all federal judges, 2. fired william sessions of the fbi, so that hillary could control that, and 3. gradually replaced all federal judges in d.c. with their people. also, they controlled almost all tv stations and newspapers in the united states, with the exception of the wsj, ibd, and the pittsburgh trib.

result: the clinton administration could not be touched for their crimes.

"reality" was whatever the clintons said it was and their followers accepted that.

Nobody "knocked out all federal judges."

Call me confused but why in any stretch of the imagination would this be an impeachable offense? Are they saying that he personally ordered it? Wouldn't lots of high ranking folks have to go to jail before it could raise to that level?
