It used to be quite typical, I'd hear callers to a radio station who mentioned another host, get bleeped out.The President wasn't a caller. This was part of a speech that KVI censored, plain and simple.

Well, I'm sympathetic to the 23-year-old kid who had 7 seconds to make that decision. Now if the PD did this based on an advance transcript of the speech, it would be a different thing.
