Well, I suppose we should wait and see what happens. But my first reaction to this is that we really need to get rid of these lousy judges.
Really..If we don't get rid of these type of judges before we know it Saddam will be in a Country Club Psycho Pen!
Just remind these judges that the Second Amendment was written to protect us from tyranical govts - this includes activist judges!
