Definitely worth the read. But it does not really address the issue of Al Qaeda ties to Iraq, or vice versa.

Excellent point. Perhaps we should monitor any public statements from other Commission members in the event someone indicates that there has been dissention as far as the published findings are concerned?

I would suggest that it be treated much like any other information....something to consider as a possible truth unless proven or disproven via other sources.
