Try downloading
Spyware Zapper. It is good for only 5 days but at least it will clean up what ever is currently infesting your machine. I used it to remove some spyware that Ad-Aware and Spybot wouldn't find. After that, I paid for a copy and haven't had a spyware problem since.
I would also run a full virus scan and make sure your anti-virus program is up to date as well.
