He should pay with his life but that's not going to happen. On the bright side, there's "Jenna's law" which mandates 6/7ths of his sentence must be served before his release. That means he'll probably be about 90 years old when he's released.
Thanks for the information, I was unaware of "Jenna's Law". I always fear that some ACLU lawyer will get a scum like this out before their time is up, and they return to prey on the innocent.
