Well, there are a lot of Puerto Ricans with wealth, just ask some of the people who sponsor the Puerto Rican Day Parade down 5th Ave. in Manhattan every year.

As for clout, that's certainly waning. Just look to Herman Badillo.

Episcopalians, on the other hand, I can do without.
