I live here in Little Rock and I guess 1000 of the Kool Ade crowd could have been there. But I would like to see other reports and see if the numbers hold up.

It's possible though that the reality is about 500 showed up and the reporter is goosing up the numbers to make it look good.

In a related note, in our state paper Harry Thomason was quoted as saying he thinks Clinton as a writer compares favorably to Mark Twain and that Clinton and Former Senator Dale Bumpers are the two best political writers in the world. Never mind that between them they have written about 2 books and both of them may have been ghost written.
