When my daughter was a victim of a crime last year, the Victim's Advocate from the SA's office here gave us a list of resources and one of them is a fund that you can receive monies from if the crime has caused you hardships such as lost wages, medical bills, etc. I'm thinking that Snotty may have attempted to access those state funds.

But Meg said it was some fund on which Scott and Sharon were the ONLY signatories, that Scott tried to access!

BUT if it's true, and if it was Sharon who noticed what he was doing, I wonder why it was not brought up during Sharon's testimony. I'm still not sure what the original source of this info was.
