The Supreme Court was wrong. Newdow is the father of the minor -- his actions in court is his right by that simple enternal law, even though he argues for his non-custodial daughter.

In 1998, he obtained his Doctor of the Universe Degree. The Rev. Dr. Newdow has the usual varied hobbies, including writing, music, theater, and sports. He has traveled fairly extensively, and dabbles in computer programming.

Doctor of the Universe Degree = D.U.D. ??

Newdow is one busy little beaver. He's also an attorney and an emergency room physician.

You just hit the nail on the head of what bothers me about Hannity's show.

You got it.

Two more courses and he could have received his "All-Knowing Master of Space Time and Reality" degree.

Are you sure about the MD? His short bio posted above makes no mention of a medical school or MD.

Is Newdow paying for any of this abuse of the court system out of his own pocket? Or are we paying for it???

ULC still is a mail-order house. I got my ordination from it a couple years back.

"This guy doesn't even deny the accusation that his daughter disagrees with his suit and is embarrassed to be a part of it!"

Newdow lied about his daughter being harmed. Why isn't he in jail for purgery?

I can actually feel my IQ dropping as I listen to one of Hannity's "shootouts."

Doe you mean the following exchange is not I.Q. enhancing?:

Levin to Newdow on Hannity: "Shut up. I'm educating you! I ask you, 'did you lose'? Shut up! Nobody told you to talk. Go find another little girl."

This pretty much is every Hannity show.

Stupid!

I repeat. This ruling is a bad one. Even though Newdow is the non-custodial father, he is still her DAD. Her real, genuine DAD.

And even though Newdow is some nutty atheist, imo, G-d agrees with his Natural Rights to speak for his daughter. After all, G-d assigned him the duty of being the girl's father. It's no light thing to challenge one of G-d's own assignments.

"Non-custodial" is light. More a mockery of "Under God" than anything Newdow has tossed out. A bad ruling.

Newdow couldn't even out-debate Kiran Chetry this morning. What a boob.

Levin to Newdow on Hannity: "Shut up. I'm educating you! I ask you, 'did you lose'? Shut up! Nobody told you to talk. Go find another little girl."

Levin was completely correct to put the smackdown on Newdow. Only other lawyers know why Newdow wasn't laughed out of the courtroom(s) on the way to the Supremes.

Newdow couldn't even out-debate Kiran Chetry on the First Amendment this morning. The legal profession needs to clean up its clown act.

My fave was when when Kiran knotted Newdow up over the "Establishment Clause", pointing out that Congress had made no law forcing anybody to say the Pledge.
