Sargent is one of my favorite portrait artists, too, as is John Howard Sanden. His portrait of the Rev. Billy Graham is beautifully done, the personality captured perfectly with that intense, straightforward look he has. Mr. Sanden's portrait of Robert Byrd had to have been done a long time ago.
