Just a question: Does anyone know how long it took the terrorists to plan the events of 9/11? I'm tired of hearing how it happened on Bush's watch, therefore, it must of been his fault. Something of that magnitude had to have been in the works for sometime prior to the changing of the guard. Are there any good references on this?
I don't know how many years, but it was years. They did not succeed the first time at the WTC, so they came back.
