I agree. I think that the tide is turning though. I even see younger women with brains and class wearing skirts.

When I was working at my corporate job I always dressed up. Dresses and skirts. Half the people in the company would ask me why in the world did I bother and the other half would say how nice I always looked.
Went to a H.S. graduation last weekend and I wore a matching jacket and skirt. I think it makes the graduate feel special that you took the time and effort to dress-up.
